Pros

Had a lot of involvement in the community. Fun up beat place to work. Free clothes and shoes every quarter was a nice perk.

Cons

District Manager preferred to hire gays and lesbians over straight people based off her own preference. I am definitely pro choice, but don't think it's right to choose one candidate over another based off sexual orientation.

Thank you for the honest feedback on your former job! For PUMA diversity is very important! It´s not about seeing what is different in others but rather what we have in common. We are designers, product managers, marketing experts, strategists, controllers, retailers and much more. Above all we are people who are passionate about sports and want to make things happen in accordance with our brand vision Forever Faster. Every day, we are energized by the ideas and creativity of people from 35 different countries. They provide us with the motivation to create an environment where inspiration knows no bounds, regardless of their nationality, ethnicity, country of origin, religion, or world view and completely independent of their age, gender, and sexual orientation. At PUMA respect and tolerance are not just empty words, they are a commitment. Since 2005 we have been adhering to the Code of Ethics and since 2010 to the Diversity Charter. Furthermore we´ve integrated our Code of Ethics into our daily business. This code sets out the basic principles for important areas (e.g. anti-corruption, conflicts of interest etc.) and serves primarily to raise awareness. We wish you the best for your future career!
