      Retail Store Supervisor

      Pros

      I worked with a great store manager and DM. The company offered many great incentives for employees, like a very generous employee discount, free apparel and shoes every few month, competitive pay, and monthly/yearly bonuses. I worked here while I was in school and it was perfect. The company also is very focused on progressing in more environmentally friendly ways to conduct business.

      Cons

      Since it is a retail store, you cannot escape the holidays. Expect blackouts dates to vacation requests beginning from around November until early January.

      Messy and Political

      Pros

      At the beginning, the boss was very nice and people always supportive, friendly, but later when top management decided to reorganize location, managers... It became a mess.

      Cons

      If you are professional, you cannot work here because most of your co-workers always find you trouble then turn around and act like you did something wrong to them. You will get tired of dealing with them, and not happy to work anymore

      Bad Leadership/Bullying

      Pros

      PUMA is a great brand in itself with many things to learn of the sporting goods industry

      Cons

      -The environment is not good with bullying practices from the side of superior, yelling in face and non-fair treatment. This results in high turnover and a negative atmosphere in the department. -No guidance as to the future career steps in the company.
