Pros

the environment is very friendly and everybody is very open; easy to get access to anyone - there's a nice 'open door' culture which definitely helps!

Cons

travel management policy with only coach for who travels long flights (over 8 hrs) is definitely a no-go. Travel time also not being considered as working hours not good - if I cannot be with my family then it's work! they need to improve this

Pros

Discount clothing that’s really about it, they also give you free clothing every now and then, you also meet okay workers.

Cons

I just had started working for puma and unfortunately I had to resign, I don’t see how they have good reviews on here they have to be mostly fake because what I experienced was awful, first of all the first day of training the worker who was supposed to train me was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes and when she went on lunch the other girl wouldn’t help me either every time I asked a question she would look annoyed, second how in GODS name am I as a new worker on my first day supposed to know how there broken down POS system that kept freezing up supposed to work I mean HOW??? Like they expect to much and beware because as a cashier you have to get emails which you’re pressured about, clean the bathroom, sweep, do go backs, print price tags which they call B grades and the list goes on. They kept saying how wonderful it was to work their but it really wasn’t that good the workers are childish too and the Managers are inexperienced being bossy instead of leading my advice is if you want to work under pressure and be stressed out while doing so look the other way!!!! Btw the manager himself told me how he fired his best worker because she was to good and wouldn’t help others I feel his excuse for firing her was extremely cliche like seriously! Maybe she was fired because she wasn’t in with the click because they are very clicky and come off two faced. Just being honest.
