      HR processes may offer limited flexibility, with minimal opportunity for negotiation beyond the initial discussion. Promotion/growth opportunities are currently very limited for existing employees. The leading team has historically received limited motivation and support, despite its critical role as a primary growth driver for the company—partly due to the lack of visibility in processes (KPIs). Employees might face long working hours because several processes remain highly manual.
