Fellow employees are good but in the same situation.

Cons

Mid level management on the pilot side is a Bad Show the "chiefs" hired thugs for management. Unstacked every month not getting what you bid for and you cant get out of it as the have a point system that they threaten to fire you upon every attempt to enjoy any quality of life.. it's like they thrive on misery and pain for there employees. I would be gone but they finacily bind you by giving a sign on bonus with the taxes taken out you would have to come out of pocket 35K just to walk away even after two years every penny.
