Pros

If you have always dreamed of being a flight attendant PSA is a way to get that opportunity. PSA was upfront with how little you are paid for the time and effort that is put in

Cons

PSA does not focus on the prosperity of their employees in the non management sector. Every decision is made based on profit for the shareholders and the wage to the workers and the insane hours expected is sad.

Taking care of our employees is vitally important to our organization. Respecting and encouraging our employees and taking pride in our professional excellence is ingrained into our PSA culture. Flight Attendants are represented by the Association of Flight Attendants -CWA, and pay and benefits are negotiated through the Collective Bargaining process.

Being able to have flight benefits and travel in and out of town to go see family when needing to.

Cons

When needing something from the company and getting it is like pulling teeth. They will always look at what's best for them at that time.

Psa is a growing regional airline. Another base will be open in March.

It takes about 8 months to get a line but stay positive.
