PSA offers great career growth opportunities and supports development through different programs and benefits (like tuition reimbursement). There are plenty of opportunities to learn and take on new challenges. The people are collaborative, supportive and great to work with. The benefits are great including our 401k contribution and of course our travel benefits.

Cons

Like any fast growing company, things can move quickly and priorities may shift.

Eventually can make your own schedule. flight benefits can be decent

Cons

Very strict with missing work, points can add up, you will be on reserve for 1-2 years where your life will be miserable. is very very repetitive.
