Pros

Energetic team willing to help you succeed. Great opportunity for young employees. Nice pay and benefits relative to the industry.

Cons

Doesn’t clearly set expectations which can cause unneeded anxiety in new employees. This isn’t a big issue but just a potential area of improvement.

Pros

Travel Benefits and Health Beneifits are good

Cons

Crew scheduling is horrible. I read reviews prior to me working here about them but i didn’t fully experience it until i was out of training. The pay is horrible. My check on the 5th of the month is barely $500, which will decrease once my health benefits kick in. They don’t care about you. The contract sucks! And did i mention scheduling is horrible! Don’t waste your time with PSA, apply for American Airlines mainline, Delta or Southwest!
