New HQ will be in CLT, second largest AA Hub = great future in CLT and for the long-term investment in the airline. Fantastic investment in people relocating from Dayton and for new jobs in CLT. Driven, Reliable, Carrier is not a billboard. Solid health and wellness benefits, travel benefits. Internal promotional support.

AA Benefits. Flexibility. Great quality of life as a line holder only.

Cons

The pay is disgustingly low. The base pay at year 3 is $28.93/hr guaranteed for 75 hours. If you work here and you know you want mainline. Go as quickly as possible.
