Work-life balance, flight benefits (varies greatly depending upon work location).

Cons

Leadership touts transparency but in practice, the it's clear that they are withholding information that individual contributors need in order to make the best long-term decisions. The result is a continuous cycle of reviewing processes for the same functions and never finding the best solutions. Think of the company like a quilt that someone just started putting together without measuring and planning past the next 2 or 3 pieces - they just choose a corner and start cutting and sewing fabric together and they wind up with a misshapen quilt with holes in it.

Great job, great people to work with.

Management is lost in the last century. Scheduling is inefficient. Employees , at least flight attendant's are not valued…duty rigs border on slave labor. $27 per hour is published pay, but when you add in pax boarding and reserve sit time, pay per hour works out to be less than $1o. Lack of contract for 2-3 years is typical practice for PSA. Could be a great place to work, if management could get their act together.
