Pros

Great flight benefits, a great 401K match, opportunities to travel for work, and the chance to work with supportive coworkers who become friends. Every day brings something new, which is one of the best parts of working in aviation. It’s rewarding to help people start their careers in the industry while working in a positive environment with strong leadership.

Cons

Requires being in the office four days a week, which may be challenging for those seeking more remote flexibility.
