      The whole process was very transparent, friendly and with quick feedback. Overall an enjoyable and good hiring process.

      Cons

      There are too many steps, probably due to the seniority of the position but anyways, many steps through the whole process.

      Pros

      Co-workers are nice and generally supportive. Global leader in the space we operate.

      Cons

      Raft of demotions to employees that helped grow the business 400% in 6 years. Compensation has completely detached from the market averages and bonus structures are changed negatively most years. No career development opportunities within the company. No cohesive strategy around customer acquisition.
