      Pros

      Overall a good working atmosphere, the team of people is great, the people you work with, that's what makes the company. Pay is very good, bonuses good, being recognised for your achievements, very good.

      Cons

      Instability, with global redundancies taking place approximately every 12 months, it makes it very difficult to plan your future investments, purchases, etc. Hard to plan a long term family life. Understandable, but difficult to go through as an employee.

      Pros

      I've been a part of the PPRO for the past two years, and my experience has been a mixed bag. The company definitely has some strong points, particularly when it comes to the projects and the work itself.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the positive experiences are sometimes overshadowed by communication issues within the company. There have been instances where important information about project changes, team updates, or company-wide announcements were not communicated in a timely or transparent manner.
