      Rapid growth company with an industry changing business model. PIRCH will be the industry leader within a few short years. There is endless opportunity and career growth for motivated, talented, caring people. I have seen many people enjoy multiple promotions and substantial compensation increases in 9 to 18 months.

      Cons

      As with all rapid growth companies, resources can be stretched at times. These moments and issues are temporary and attended to.

      very good benefits and nice people to work with , management know what they are doing and they are very helpful to everyone

      I thing people don't get it that Pirch Dallas growing so fast, but people want make money with less job, this company have so much opportunity and very respectful to their employee
