Great place to work. Culture is a huge part of what we do and how we operate daily. We provide lunch Monday-Friday (Family meal) for the team. Unlimited hand-crafted coffee and drinks. Potential to make well over six figures in an amazing environment.

Cons

I would have to say that after thinking about it, it is very difficult for me to find anything necessarily wrong or bad.

I've been in the industry for many years. PIRCH is my number one employer. The opportunity to control my own salary is limitless. With a state of the art showroom and live cooking demonstrations, I have the perfect recipe to succeed in all my career aspirations.

Cons

PIRCH has grown very fast due to service, 5 Star Yelp reviews, and world class showroom environment. It is becoming harder to meet demand and supply. However, PIRCH is working very hard to meet client demand and supply. I am confident we will be able to provide faster turn around rates as we continue to grow.
