Pros
I have worked in kitchen and bath showrooms for over 20 years, and nothing has ever compared to working at Pirch. I actually LOVE going to work. People are so happy here- even when things get stressed out (which happens to everyone at every job), the support you get from your associates is beyond compare. Compensation is above board, and the perks are unmatched. Gorgeous high-end showroom; working displays to make your sales so easy; baristas making delicious drinks and chefs creating amazing dishes. Every other client asks if they could get a job here! You really can't ask for anything more from an employer.
Cons
It's really difficult to think of a downside to this job; if i had to think of something, it's probably frustration at the way some of the public can take advantage of Pirch's generosity; abusing the free cooking classes by signing up every week, effectively locking out other potential customers from enjoying the experience.
