It's an exciting time to be part of this innovative company, PIRCH. The showroom design and company vision are truly second to none in, or outside, the industry. If you can't connect with clients and sell with this set up, that's unfortunate. The operations team is strategically opening up around the country at a pace that still maintains company culture. Perks: Culinary team provides meals for staff. Additionally, they prepare complimentary meals for your clients. Truly outstanding! Coffee is so better than Starbucks!

PIRCH is a great place to work. I've been working at headquarters for over a year and have had the opportunity to work with and learn from amazing individuals across different departments & showrooms. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement and career growth as long as you're motivated. I've had the chance to work directly with the executive team on many occasions - unheard of for someone new in their career. The leadership team is great, they really take care of their employees. The benefits PIRCH offers are the best, bar-none - Insurance, 401K, meals, gym, etc.
