      It's a great company with challenging problems, requirements and changes that will prove the limit as a professional in search of innovative solutions and limited resources, to optimize the benefits of the company, directly driving the country.

      Cons

      bureaucracy, lack has supervisory and professional training, and problems at the organizational climate, discouraging staff, coupled with short-term economic problems affecting the efficiency of human resources and enterprise.

      INTEVEP is a research institute with a wide numbers of investigation branches, that goes from chemestry to engineering.

      Cons

      Salaries and overall benefits are very poor, and most recently that has lost the investigation driven and now is more focus on operational solutions than research.
