Pros

- There is a lot of room for growth, both personal and professional during the first 3-4 years. - Competitive salaries, but nothing extraordinary. However, the benefits are in the very top of the market. - Depending on the division, there will be a clear professional path laid out from your first day, including many training activities and courses.

Cons

- Politics play a major role in the company. If you support the government, you will be in the fast track for promotions, if not, think about building your CV for 3-4 years and leave as there will be no growth after that.

Pros

When I started in 2010 it provided a decent insurance, benefits and an relatively decent pay.

Cons

Harassment, nepotism, gaslighting. The lawyer's staff do not help the company at all, just advice them to harass personnel until they resign, unless firing them.
