Pros

The company is stil one of the biggest oil producers in Latin América and counts with the biggest oil reserves of the plannet, the Orinoco Oil Belt, which could mean a whole deal of growing opportunities for the company and its people.

Cons

A highly politizised environmet affects negatively the dessision making process of the company on daily bases. Chávez political party has taken control of the company and is taking unwise dessisions that affects every body else inside the company.
