With PCL's largest benefit being that it is wholly employee owned, the benefits trickle down into the culture. The teams feel like they're all their to help, and are seeking, whether selfishly or not, to ensure the success of the organization.

Cons

Commute for those not in Oakville may be quite long.

The people who work here are great to work with. They are smart and helpful.

Cons

Work hard play hard is not always a good thing. You’ll be worked a lot, especially if you’re in operations. But that’s a standard for construction.
