Pros

Company culture is good. Lots of great course to take. A great place to grow and learn. Most staff are friendly and supportive. Free coffee and lots of events and perks. Extended benefits available but it’s just ok.

Cons

No work from home. Long hours and everyone works in the office unless special circumstances. Low base pay. They market their “total compensation package” but their share option is minimal if you’re not a PM or supervisor. Which is why admin, accountants, HR and IT turnover rate is very high. Poor management. Almost all executive roles are caucasian male with maybe one female. No career growth for admin roles. They just want to hire entry level staff with minimal pay.

Its nice to work here with a good management, work culture is pretty nice though

Cons

I feel there's some sort of racism, people from other countries doesn't get promoted whereas Canadians are promoted in less time. Earlier I used to feel its all about skills, now its feels opposite because someone who joined after me and with not a great experience was promoted. For information, as per my last career review I was told that I do deserve a promotion but company is coming up with a new policy ! 10 months down the line, someone got promoted who didn't perform duties equivalent to mine ! Time to shift !
