PCL Construction reviews

1) THE PEOPLE, Never have I ever been surrounded by so many mentors and colleagues that are truly invested in my success. 2) Employee Ownership, Every employee is invested in the success of the company and it shows in every decision that is made and it makes me prouder to work for PCL. The day that I became an owner is a day I won't ever forget. 3) Continuing Education/Training. At PCL I have never felt unprepared for a situation. I feel like even if I did I would be able to find the resources to learn more or develop my skillset further in the leadership academy or college of construction. This is a true asset for the firm because in previous times in my career I have felt like I was learning by being thrown in the fire, thats not the case here, you will always be supported. 4) Mentorship Mentorship Mentorship, I feel like the leaders in my department are proven leaders in the AEC Marketing industry and that says a lot. They are always willing to pass their knowledge along and foster growth within the marketing department. I am happy to learn and grow with them. And that part makes me so happy to come to work each day. Overall I can't image a better employer than PCL, This is an overly positive review because this is a true gem of a company, I am genuinely happy at work and that says a lot in this day in age.
