The people in your inner office will be wonderful people. Very understanding. Very helpful. They want to see you succeed and grow.

Cons

Corporate does not appreciate the hardships and sacrifices their employees go through.

Pros

People are great to work with and very helpful. Great place to work if the job is the right fit for you.

Cons

Time shares are great providing you have the funds to buy them. They want you to not stress out out your job, but they still expect you to get the work done. Long hours out in but not really compensated.

Pros

Great at involving everyone from the field and office. If you need special tools/equipment to get your job down right, there is no questioning it. The safety culture is out of this world. NPCL is great about including your family members in company picnics and other events. Overall a great place to work.

Cons

Its construction, fast paced....some get worried about their next destination. There is some turnover but it seems that it is up to the individual to fit the "PCL" mold/culture.
