Ability to work on various styles of projects allowing you to expand your construction knowledge at your own pace as well as zero in on the construction environment which suits you.

Cons

Large company which sometimes makes it difficult to stand out and deviate from the standard career progression timelines. Takes a while for the financial benefits to start kicking in.
