Solid corporation. Always improving. Great benefits. Resources are beyond comparison to competition

Cons

Too much silo. Opinion - ability to pivot, at any level, is not nimble enough to stay competitive in down cycles. Not a US company (there is at least a US HQ) so essentially all decisions and processes come from Canadian leadership.

love the in person environment, lots of learning opportunities, large company so lot's of move for both upwards and lateral movement

Cons

benefits could be better, you have to pay for the good benefits, standard company supplied are just ok
