Pay, shares, growth are the 3 biggest things.

Cons

Long hours, poor work-life balance, poor covid response in person which came from the top down on projects even though execs put it on paper that everyone is following proper protocols.

Cons

- if management / higher ups like you there’s a future. If not nothing for you even if you have the credentials. - extremely long hours daily (50+) - very set career movement. Must work certain years at certain roles
