      Pros

      Employee Owned, good return on stocks. Large company offering a degree of stability during business cycles. Good place if you own a motorcycle.

      Cons

      Inexperienced Senior Management allowing questionable business practices. Very cliquish environment not based on performance. Little recognition and reward for a good job done.

      Pros

      Great profit sharing program, benefit package, and starting salary for an entry level engineer - especially during this poor economy.

      Cons

      The hours are terrible, you must move project after project, management leads you on to believe you are moving one place and the next thing you know you are stuck in the armpit of America.
