The company does'nt care about salaried staff. The thinking is that we pay you and hence that's it. Focus is on money and people are not valued. Site management is very weak and not competent.

Good compensation Mostly Friendly staff Some good values.

Cons

No work/life balance, you're expected to work at least 12 hours a day and you're looked at weird for wanting to work less than that. Company full of workaholics, your performance is mainly measured by how early you come and how late you go. People will literally stay late just for bragging rights. Funny that HR always talk about work/life balance yet they seem completely detached from reality.
