Although PCL is a large corporation, it is divided in to groups of districts and divisions of the company providing for more of a feeling of working within a family as part of an extended community. PCL has allowed me to have the opportunities to develop my career with substantial growth and has provided me with a very challenging and rewarding career working with some of the best professionals in the industry, as well as providing other opportunities to help in the mentoring and development of others for continued success of the company and succession planning. I consider myself very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work for a great organization such as PCL for over 20 years now, which has allowed me to develop increasingly to my highest potential and career growth.
