      Pros

      Room for advancement, great managers, does a lot for the community. Amazing benefits, employee owned, good bonuses. Can't ask for any more.

      Cons

      Hours can be long, jobs can be stressful. When the market is bad, it can be hard getting things ordered to help with the job, but that is every job. Not just PCL.

      Pros

      I love my job as a health, safety, and environment supervisor. After ten years with PCL, I am continually challenged to grow and advance professionally. It is gratifying to work where I make a difference in other people's lives.

      Pros

      This is an employee owned company. This true ownership drives genuine authenticity in all efforts by staff and hourly employees. PCL promotes from within as much as possible. The benefits are equal to or greater than most industry standards.

      Cons

      I have no real negative comments to make. We have opportunity to grow our culture and fight to win more work in the future just as much as everyone else.
