Pros

Interview process was straightforward, people were nice

Cons

Zero tolerance for THC. Interviewed in Colorado, received a written offer. Was less money than industry standard for the position. They then notified that there is a zero tolerance for THC and after a drug test positive for this the job offer was rescinded.

Pros

I joined PCL about 7 months ago and my experience has been great. I work in the district office, so my experience is different from the field. People are approachable and I get flexibility here. As long as I get my work done, there is no pushback for me needing to WFH once a week or as needed. Benefits are amazing too. I pay about $90/mo for family health insurance w/ dental and vision included. That's for an HSA plan where my max out of pocket is $3300 and then I pay NOTHING for anything exceeding that. I easily hit that $3300 mark with my kids. Company dividends this year are 50% and projected the same for the next 3 years so it's very profitable for shareholders. Supposedly after 10-years, your dividends will match your salary. So, assuming 10-years from now I'm making 120k, that's an additional 120k dividend on top. We also get end of year bonuses, which I've heard are 5% of salary, but we'll see what it truly is. My schedule is also like 8:30am-4:45pm and I get an hour lunch too. As long as you are getting your work done, nobody will give you any flack

Cons

No cons so far. If anything, it's more so that WFH isn't a standard. Instead it needs to be requested. Also, no holiday pay for interns seems whack. 401k match is meh, 4% match to 5% contribution, but at least it's fully vested immediately. No HSA contributions from PCL either.
