- Great team players - Everyone is willing to help without batting an eye - You will always be learning something new - Leading edge technologies - Recognition for achievements has gotten way better - You'll never be bored

Cons

- Work life balance is decent, but could be better - Vacation time for long term employees could be better - You're asked to look after about 10 different proficiencies at once.

Due to the employee ownership model, everyone really cares about their work which really shows. Great culture and atmosphere - HUGE emphasis on safety. Management allowed for me to take on responsibility even as an intern.

Cons

Mediocre pay for interns as the real money comes from owning shares in the company. Standard office workplace - very conventional.
