The support was good and only a phone call away

Cons

Pay was not nearly enough, and upon the promotion, the raise made me laugh! It seems the specific groups were part of a click and communication to other groups didn’t exist. Management did not participate in the implementation of safety programs, and the carrots they dangled kept me hoping that it would get better but i eventually quit to greener pastures! Although i was hired as a full time staff it was only if they had current projects otherwise i was asked to take time off without pay!
