Pay rates, depending on your position. But from what I could tell, most of the 'pros' were dependent on your position and who your manager is.

Cons

Unless you start as a student, you'll be treated like a leper until you've been there for 5+ years. Even then, you're still considered 'new' and therefore, treated like you don't know how to tie your shoes, let alone do your job well. Some of the managers have no idea how to manage people, and the organization doesn't see it necessary to send their upper management to courses to keep up to date on soft skills. Favouritism is rampant. They tout the shares as a considerable benefit, but just know that the buy-in is such a high price, that it'll be a couple of years at least before you make your money back.

Cons

Terrible place to work, expected a lot of overtime from interns who are severely underpaid, and managers make racist and sexist remarks to your face. Don't work for the business technology section!!
