projects that they put u on start slow so we learn everything and once u learn everything u will be swimming alone and preparing estimates on ur own

Cons

u are expected to work extra hours whenever needed

Pros

Great learning opportunities, reasonable expectations, no crazy overtime, and good people.

Cons

Pretty stingy on salaries, they lean too hard into their share program for compensation which doesn't really help newer employees, you don't start seeing real benefits from it until you're there for a loooooong time. Also too stingy on work from home, very minimal flexibility there.
