Security Clearance. Gain lots of knowledge.

Cons

No job security, poor management with little to no regard for employees. So much so that upper management trash talks employees and there is no established system to monitor/discipline lower management managers supervisors.

Laid back atmosphere Very little micro-management. Everyone is kind of left to do their thing. Jeans and a t-shirt casual dress Can listen to music and podcasts all day while working Data entry skills (10 key, typing, auditing, label making, etc) gained to bolster resume Decent benefts (health insurance, vision, dental, 401k)

Cons

Very little opportunity to "move up" in the company Pay is fixed to the contract, so no yearly raises Repetitive, often times the work feels dull and unrewarding, which leads to feeling underpaid for time invested
