Pros
Laid back atmosphere Very little micro-management. Everyone is kind of left to do their thing. Jeans and a t-shirt casual dress Can listen to music and podcasts all day while working Data entry skills (10 key, typing, auditing, label making, etc) gained to bolster resume Decent benefts (health insurance, vision, dental, 401k)
Cons
Very little opportunity to "move up" in the company Pay is fixed to the contract, so no yearly raises Repetitive, often times the work feels dull and unrewarding, which leads to feeling underpaid for time invested
