Pros

There really isn't one, they are a huge company and they treat you like the nobody that you are to them. Constantly find ways to make more money and take more away from the employee. There are great employees who go above and beyond and don't get recognized for their contributions, its unfortunate how much we are taken for granted.

Cons

hit ceilings quick, pay terrible and don't have opportunity, terrible benefits. Management doesn't care about employees and HR is horrible!!!

Great people, low pay

Pros

There are some really great people that I work with. They work as a team, and work hard every single day. We never have to our work home with us, and once the day is done it is done.

Cons

I am sure that other employees at PAE are paid very well, but not the contract I work with. Management constantly talks about cutting hours, even for full timers, yet ask the employees to work harder, faster, and more accurately. I have been promoted twice with no raise. I am given more responsibilities, I am authorized to teach new employees, however I still have not been given a raise. Benefits are "meh" as management admits that employees will pay %100 for their benefits and part timers are no longer eligible for benefits. If a work week is going to be slow employees will literally be FORCED to choose a day off work for that week. Doing this nearly forces an employee to take vacation time because we can not afford to lose 8 hours of pay. If an employee has no vacation time, they will lose 8 hours of work. Management expects us to act like professional career adults yet treat us like children. Apparently, the most senior employees have not received a pay raise in 10 years!!!
