Decent pay for the location, small office environment, people are friendly, casual dress code, management has been supportive

Cons

Perhaps my biggest disappointment has been the lack of good, reliable, ERP, EVM systems. Financial data is very disjointed and makes decision making difficult.

Hostile upper management, low pay, expected to work out of trade you were hired for, incompetent and hostile supervisor, CEO and upper management do not inspire anyone, have an accident and watch management make sure assignment of blame solely on the worker (high PAE priority). Bull crap company
