      Pros

      You have the ability to choose your schedule and flexibility in assignments. Corporate allows you to do your job with little oversight unless there is a problem.

      Cons

      Corporate has almost no interest in the well being of contractors. They will intimidate contractors who should probably be full time employees into signing addendums to their contacts that make contractors ability to work other contracts more difficult. Also they force contractors to take out huge personal liability insurance policies that ensure PAE does have to worry about covering you or your coworkers. Will change the time of the month contractors are paid without notice or consultation.

      -Good Pay -401K -Affordable Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance -Paid Vacations -Every other Friday off and is paid

      Cons

      -Limited upward promotions -work 10 hours a day (1 hour lunch-unpaid) to make up for every other Friday off -no overtime unless go through a lengthy process - 3 shift maintenance
