      Pros

      Certain blocks of corporate-level departments are stacked with true professionals but they often are sidelined.

      Cons

      Low from standard pay scales. Local site management (and it is "management" because there's no actual local-level leadership) is completely hapless, fomenting divisive and caustic work relationships and low site morale. Top level managers consistently work to subvert their employees. Micromanagement with failure engineered from the start is regular policy.

      Pros

      Good, friendly people. Competitive salary. No pay or labor disputes. Our schedule was very flexible.

      Cons

      Healthcare package was not explained too well which led to some confusion among our section. Our site HR rep fell woefully short of adequate, there was only one and it took a long time to solve issues. In my branch there was no room for upward movement, only to gain experience and then apply somewhere else. Also due to the parameters of the contract it was hard to find replacements for those who left.
