Solid company - Emergency Management Technician PAE Employee Review

Healthcare package was not explained too well which led to some confusion among our section. Our site HR rep fell woefully short of adequate, there was only one and it took a long time to solve issues. In my branch there was no room for upward movement, only to gain experience and then apply somewhere else. Also due to the parameters of the contract it was hard to find replacements for those who left.
