      Health Insurance, Dental, 401k, etc.

      Cons

      No room for growth, no pay increase, and the separation between government and contract employees is very evident.

      The job site has a “good ole boy” mentality firmly in place. As the majority of employees are all military vets, the front office will only promote those who retired from the military at a rank of E6 or above and are male

      Pros

      It is a solid place to work. They take saftey and productivity very seriously. Knowing that I come to work in a safe environment and have financial stability.

      Cons

      Management can become short sided. Effectiveness and efficiency is not the focus. Moral is at an all time low. Also the workers preform poorly because of it.
