      Pros

      Some good supervisors. Work is for the most part easy. Mandatory OT isn't too overbearing. Great benefits if you are single with no children.

      Cons

      Pay is drastically lower than most other government facilities / contractors. Very strict work environment. Most supervisors play favorites. Upper management refuses to listen to anyone. Benefits with a spouse or child is unreasonably priced.
