      Pros

      The only pro is that it is a job.

      Cons

      PAE does not care about staff morale. Health care plans are truly terrible and people ended up quitting because of how poor the plans are. There are no paths for growth, and it is clear management is only using staff to squeeze as much money out of them as possible. The leave package is also not generous.

      Pros

      Good pay, but that is due to the union, very good job security (also because of the union).

      Cons

      Corporate staff are openly hostile and disrespectful towards the workforce. Our Christmas Bonus is $15 (a slap in the face imo)
