Minimum wage pay. Very unorganized, new employees are not trained properly which leads to abundant errors which other employees have to fix, management does not stand up for employees (always lets government workers have final say in every matter). Heavy favoritism.

Supply chain is the weakest link. It is led by inexperienced people who were hired and promoted based on friendships. They make poor decisions without understanding (or disregarding) consequences for the business as a whole. They may impress inexperienced new hires, but they bully talented professionals due to their own insecurities. They will exclude you and lie to you unless you are "one of them." Discriminatory, toxic environment. No training, no direction, no consistency. Unreasonable expectations.
