Cons
Pay is barely above minimum wage. No recognition of certificates or diplomas. No reward for performance. Management is highly unprofessional, unintelligent, hacks. Quite possibly, this company commits fraud when they are awarded an existing contract. Be prepared to have your position's title stripped and replaced with something even the Department of Labor doesn't recognize. They do this so that they can pay you less than standard contractor wages. Be prepared to have your benefits chopped to pieces too. I had 4 weeks PTO banked before PAE came along. Now I only have 3.
