      Pros

      Certain blocks of corporate-level departments are stacked with true professionals but they often are sidelined.

      Cons

      Low from standard pay scales. Local site management (and it is "management" because there's no actual local-level leadership) is completely hapless, fomenting divisive and caustic work relationships and low site morale. Top level managers consistently work to subvert their employees. Micromanagement with failure engineered from the start is regular policy.

      Pros

      Its close to home, pays good for the area. This could easily be the best job in the city but its toxic environment makes it one of the worst.

      Cons

      Unbelievably toxic work environment. No matter how many times or how many employees bring the toxic nature of this hangar never gets addressed by the people that xan change it for the better. Leave your common sense at home its not welcomed at PAE.
