PAE Financial Analyst - Project Control reviews

Lockheed sold PAE because it has trouble getting paid and being profitable. Execs take 1st class flights while people work nights/weekends doing tasks most companies use computer systems to accomplish. Future is dwindling as the US leaves the Middle East and DOS constantly finds problems with invoices.

Chaotic processes, lack of communication, no encouragement of initiative. Had many ideas to improve processes to streamline work flow, not approved under various excuses. Lots of work is senseless re-doing of the same mundane task because corporate requirements change weekly, if not daily.
